Emmanouil Kougios

I have had the privilege of working as an accountant at VPC Accountants while pursuing my studies as an accounting and finance student. It has been an excellent opportunity for me to apply my academic knowledge in a real world setting and developing my professional skills. In my role, I have had the responsibility of preparing year-end accounts, completing tax returns, utilizing Xero, reconciling transactions, and undertaking various other duties to enhance my skillset.

What Do You Love About Working At VPC?
I would have to say the work life balance. As someone studying to qualify as a Chartered Accountant, I spend a lot of time studying. So having the support of my team and the partners is fantastic. This and the team socials makes VPC a very enjoyable and rewarding place to work.

What Is Your Biggest Achievement?
My degree! I worked very hard to get through the exams, which enabled me to get the role with VPC and further my career. Outside work, its getting my beautiful beast of car!

What Are Your Hobbies?
I have a great passion for football, both playing and watching it. I also enjoy travelling to new destinations and learning about diverse cultures. I am proud to say that I am a trilingual and can speak Greek and Italian, in addition to English, which has further broadened my perspectives and enriched my communication skills.
