Head of Marketing

Karishma Parmar

I joined VPC as Head of Marketing to help shape and grow a brand that genuinely puts people first. My role is incredibly varied, from developing marketing strategies and managing projects to bringing creative ideas to life across the business. No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly what I love.

Before joining VPC, I spent many years working as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, leading teams and delivering projects in fast-paced environments. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, organisation and collaboration, all of which I bring into my role every day. Combining those skills with my creative and artistic side has allowed me to help strengthen the VPC brand while supporting the wider team as we continue to grow.

What Do You Love About Working At VPC?
The people, without a doubt. Everyone genuinely cares about each other and works together towards the same goal. It's a supportive, positive environment where ideas are welcomed, creativity is encouraged and everyone is given the opportunity to make a real impact. I also love that no two days are the same, there's always a new challenge or exciting project to get stuck into.

What Is Your Biggest Achievement?
Professionally, I'm proud of building a career in project management and becoming a Scrum Master and my work within Marketing. It's given me a unique blend of strategic thinking, organisation and creativity that I use every day in my role at VPC. Personally, my biggest achievement is my family. My two young children are the centre of my universe and are my biggest motivation in everything I do.

What Are Your Hobbies?
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with a good coffee in hand, enjoying a bit of shopping or doing something creative. I've always loved anything artistic, whether it's designing, creating or simply finding inspiration in everyday life. Most of my free time is spent making memories with my two children and our lovely dog, Milo. Family time is incredibly important to me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
